Pros
Very flat management structure. PM is very available, as is the CEO. People are humble given their wealth and work hard, but are also good people, which is rare to find in this industry. Hours are reasonable and the firm can be flexible depending on what you need and why. Great benefits program.
Cons
Underpay employees relative to peers. Not much "fun" after work, people typically work and go home. Some upper management "don't drink" so holiday or summer events are less fun as people can be paranoid about how they're being judged. Compensation is very "top heavy" and more junior or middle-level people are underpaid.
