Most employees were suddenly dismissed in January 2023, and final paychecks were never issued. The SPARC President spent months misleading former employees about the wage payments that never materialized. Unscrupulous. Dishonest. Evil.
This was the best job I ever had because of the amazing team of caring and innovative people. Everyone really put their heart into working for the clients in both the fun and stressful times. It was a special group I was proud to work with and for and still miss to this day. I know we all built something really special together and hope to cross paths again one day.
Cons
I was very sad that the company went out of business, but I know it wasn't malicious and they fought to secure funding up until the end knowing how many livelihoods were at stake.
