- Quite ok salary, but vary (£14+ an hour) - food on the shift
Cons
in the branch i worked, there would be (sometimes) up to 4 managers and only one waiter on the shift, and of course managers want to manage so you are left to do everything on your own; abusive language and treatment from GM dimnished by HR and higher ups in the office, so you can 'leave if you don't wanna be here' [quote from 1-1 chat with GM]; any reports about abuse not taken seriously, connections between the managers and office, high volume of rotation of the workers, firing for making space for the friends of higher ups
