    2. Opportunity to get transfered to nearby areas of hometown, as BSNL is present everywhere.
    3. Friendly atmosphere as long as you are working in the interest of the company.
    4. Opportunity to switch the domains.
    5. One can manage time for work-life balance. (not true for all domains)

    Cons

    1. Slow promotion process
    2. Self-motivation needed to work
    3. Less Salary compared to other organizations
    4. Government work culture sometimes (but it would change as young employees start taking the baton to move the company forward)
    5. One can get posting in remotest of the areas.

    Advice to Management

    1. Change of mindset among employee is needed, a more professional approach is needed.
    2. Dress code must be imposed as we are in the service sector.
    3. For employees working in the office, administrative work i.e, 10AM to 5:30PM job, auto-time stamping/ biometric attendance is required.
    4. For Sales and Marketing specialized recruitments are needed ( MBA, PGDM), similarly, for HR we need specialists.
    5. For technical work diploma graduates, ITI candidates must be recruited.
    6. Training centres need to upgrade.
