Pros
- Junior staff are nice
Cons
- People are constantly leaving which has created the feel of an unstable and chaotic environment. Nothing being done to address it - Archaic and utterly futile operational processes - I believe some of the senior team members genuinely lack the people skills to make good consultants and colleagues and they can act very child-like and rude at times. This does not help with the problem of people leaving and makes them not want to stick around - Pay rises and bonuses are terrible. - Feels like there’s no real plan to coach, develop and train junior staff. It appears the managers just seem to care about keeping their clients happy and not about developing others. How do you expect your junior workers to progress if you don’t invest your time, skills and knowledge into them? - Strange obsession with micro-managing and scrutinising worker output. - Less experienced staff are expected to carry out extremely boring, trivial and un-challenging tasks. - Because of high levels of turnover and no clear desire to hold onto high performing staff there’s a feel that the company lack ambition
