Nice Colleagues - which are disappearing

Pros

I could experience cooperating with senior staffs and engineers from big-techs and learned a lot from them. You could have almost the every role and responsibility you wish to have, even you are a junior (if you have sufficient capability) Nice work life balance.

Cons

However, as bulk of senior staffs and engineers were moving out of the company, all the pros started to diminish; the quality of HR were not improving, terms of employment tightened, and compensations started to reduce.
