Pros

The only pro is that you get a Downtown LA view, but even that carries some cons, such as traffic, parking, etc.

Cons

This is easily the worst employer I have worked for. -No work/life balance- Expect to work over 60 hours a week and some weekends. -Low pay- its a joke, you can get paid more taking orders at in-n-out. -Terrible work environment/culture- Everyone in the office is stressed and no one will help you. You will not be trained but will be expected to know how to complete and submit projects after the first week. If you leave "on time", your peers will think you're being lazy. -Owner has anger issues. He has no respect for his employees. He will belittle and scream at employees. Even if you are not on the receiving end, you will feel the negativity in the work environment. You can watch him turn red as he yells. -Owner blantantly lies to the employees because he thinks he can deceive the rest of us. It's 2018, everyone can look up industry average salaries on Glassdoor. He will talk about how working here is great because you have the ability to earn as much money as you are willing to put in the hours. What he meant is...., I will pay you dirt cheap and you will need to work an additional 4-7 hours of overtime. With the overtime hours, you still make the same amount as your friend who studied business, because even the overtime can't compensate enough for the low base salary. -The turnover rate is near 100%.... go figure. Trust me, unless your life depends on it....., look somewhere else. You are worth more than this.
