Pros
Tight knit, collaborative team, on the mission to build a more bikeable future. Eugene, OR location = a great balance of the amenities of a small urban area, paired with great access to outdoor recreation
Cons
I have no specific "cons" in my experience at Burley. This team is small but growing, and is a great company for people interested in rolling their sleeves up and collaborating across departments

Pros
Small company in a great NW town of Eugene with access to the coast and mountains. Great industry, the bicycle industry. Great purpose, getting families outdoors riding and being active.
Cons
Company ownership does not make a CEO, on the contrary at Burley it makes for a poor work environment, a hostile environment. There are good intentions but a lack of focus and commitment.
