The teachers are an amazing group of educators that truly care about each other and their students.
Cons
Management is constantly changing, principals make it a hostile work environment and seem to enjoy making it that way. District office and Board are completely anti-teacher just using their position as a stepping stone or to get what they want for their kids only.
