If you are an intern or looking to gain experience in your field of work, this company provides you with that opportunity.
Cons
This company provides no training, crappy pay, no raises, unresponsive management, high-turnover of employees, and no appreciation or rewards for jobs well done. Also, they force you to work on non-statutory holidays throughout the year and throughout the Christmas holidays and then shorten your schedule on those days without warning, causing you to lose out on pay. And, there's no work/life balance because the majority of employees are scheduled to work anywhere between 10 am - 7 pm with only 30 minutes for lunch.
