Pros
Well, for the most part it was a simple job with challenging times. I was treated well within this company and was able to learn a lot about work outside of my stated position. There was not a lot of room for growth within the company, but only due to the fact that the position was so streamlined that it was just what it was. The job wasn’t overwhelming or awful. Even on “bad days” it was good.
Cons
The only con I can think of..well, you can’t move up in this position. BUT! This is a position YOU can grow from.
