Working from home (whenever ever management allows you to) and healthcare is decent. You have to write 20 words or more
Cons
Lack of tools to be successful. Poor management . When I say poor I mean horrible. Management is ran by a group of 20 year olds. No room for growth or advancement unless your kissing butt. Everyone who works here quits. No shift deferential or shift bidding. If you take off for Work with pto you are still written up. Keep in mind they never approve or deny your request off so basically there is no “personal time “. Thrown on multiple accounts yet the employee next to you works only one or two but receiving the same pay.. EEOC has been contacted several times on this company.
