Mandatory Full return to the office impacting Productive coworkers who are looking for other opportunities or already pursued them Burnout knocking on the door while recruiting is pending Uncertainty shadowing benefits Fixed duration contracts not being renewed, while others are being terminated based on short staffed workload not getting done.

This is the best company I’ve worked for. The benefits are great, there are so many opportunities for internal career growth and they really push that, and the most of the people there love their jobs.

Cons

Management loves to suggest a lateral move to “gain experience” in other areas. Don’t reward ambitious people who want to move up in the company. Instead they just say “aw that’s great, please do a lateral move where we won’t increase your pay whatsoever, and you’ll need to sit for another 2 years before you get a promotion.” Gotta love corporate politics.
