Pros
-Excellent compensation packages -Regular pay raises depending on performance -Could have lateral moves but mostly if you are performing good you will see a chance at a promotions up the ladder within 3 years. -Top Management has a very human and respectful approach -Global reach and access to roles internationally -Management is very understanding and supportive to personal situations
Cons
-Could face resistance implementing new ideas. -Will relay on inexperienced individuals in important roles as part of their career growth plan. That's a double edge sword , I've seen it work as new mangers provide fresh ideas, However at times it proved to be disastrous for the office. -Slow to implement new processes. To be fair these points could be found at all major corporations. Overall no other major cons.
