Because I'm client based, my Pro's are driven by my client and my manager: - Remote working is encouraged - PTO is is highly encouraged - Flexible working hours are encouraged - Great CBRE team, everyone is approachable and wants to help each other grow and learn and succeed - Opportunities within the company to grow; but they aren't made readily available, so this is both a Pro and a Con
Cons
I'm dedicated to a single client and work at their office 100% of the time. I identify more with their company culture, use their computer, their email, their employee ID. Everything about me is client except my paycheck. This makes it difficult as I'm not connected to the rest of the company. I don't receive LMA emails. I'm not invited to LMA trainings. Often, it feels like I'm on an island.
