Full of politics and pushing of responsibilities from departments to departments. Not getting issues addressed but keep asking employees to feedback and voice out. Don’t appreciate long term employees, instead of promoting or adding increment for adding additional workload due to manpower issues to existing experienced employees as appreciation (turnover rate high), always hiring new inexperienced ones and expect the current staff to train them. Not appreciating current employees, got a ‘ work harder to show you can perform and earn your promotion ‘ mentality, but the promotion don’t really happen.
