I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Free health insurance. Benefits package includes 401k, paid time off, emergency days off, life insurance, short-term disability, vision and dental.

    Cons

Poor enforcement of policies and lack of supervision in surveillance has resulted in a loss of long term ethical, hard-working employees and created a culture of mediocrity. Employees are promoted for what they haven't been (unjustly) written up for versus what they've contributed.
