      great culture, hybrid working mode, work life balance, everyone is friendly, if you are an entry level this is one of the best place to grow your career and if you seek it, you can gain good experience and practices.

      Friendly environment High job safety More people prefer to join back again after resignation and welcomed warmly. Management is truthful Bondings for certain things are mostly virtual and they only consider professionalism in such bonds only based on trust.

      Cons

      No bonus Salaries are market average Performance are measured in daily sync ups based on what you talk, more you talk better it is irrespective how well you perform Lack of opportunities for carrier growth after certain point. Repetition of work. Very narrowed domain of improvements.
