1. The company's working environment and structure is really good. 2. Management always listen to your suggestions and there is no chain rule that applies when it comes to authority. 3. The best thing about the company's management is the recognition and status they give to each and every employee . 4. Close to metro station, thus commuting won't be the issue. 5. Flexible timings, no rigid working hours. 6. 5 days working, Sat and Sun are off.
