      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Zero human values and ethics. Pathetic pay, never on time and no appraisals. No HR policies. Technologically crippled- only excels.

      Get to learn if you put efforts by yourself

      You have to lick the management for stability Expected to work on weekends and holidays without benefits No professional or career growth Horrible pay, below market standards Management is below average, no planning only impulsive decisions

      Only the juniors and admin is good, rest all sucks in CDL. Kindly read cons because there is nothing to mention in pros.

      Cons

      Even if you don't have a job that's ok, but don't join CDL. It's a request from me, you'll repent joining it. Company with no values, aims, HR policies. Seniors are very rude, they'll disrespect you at any level.
