      Pros

      My immediate team really cared about what they did. It was fun to come to work, because we worked so well together. Our immediate boss was the best employee they had.

      Cons

      Mismanaged, unqualified personal in key decision making roles. The main office is in a very bad neighborhood. Upper management only cared about bottom line, shows no respect for their clients or employees

      Pros

      Because of my patients, the job was rewarding. There were good employees that cared very much about doing a great job.

      Cons

      Many hours spent after hours finishing paperwork. I never felt truly appreciated or valued by my employer/upper management no matter how well I performed or how hard I worked. It was a very negative work environment in the office, but not in the field. I would not recommend this job to anyone wanting to be treated fairly.
