      Pros

      My immediate team really cared about what they did. It was fun to come to work, because we worked so well together. Our immediate boss was the best employee they had.

      Cons

      Mismanaged, unqualified personal in key decision making roles. The main office is in a very bad neighborhood. Upper management only cared about bottom line, shows no respect for their clients or employees

      Pros

      Great work environment. Great pay and bonus incentives. Competitive pay and benefits compared to other companies. Empathy is important and finding employees who place value in this!

      Cons

      Insurance makes this a difficult work environment. Everything is controlled by Insurance these days. Finding a balance between indigent patients, private pay and Medicare is difficult!
