Great pay, remote, open to diverse hires.
Cons
Unfair review process. Bias. They don't invest in new hires. Biggest con is leadership will always take the word of another employee over yours. In fact, you'll be told that your work isn't good enough, but won't be able to discuss specific work examples. Even if you document all the instances management was clearly in the wrong or confused, that'll all be held against you. Seniority trumps facts. You'll never be allowed to defend your decisions. If you question or point out flaws in how management is judging your work, they'll retaliate and paint you to be incompetent. The truth doesn't matter here. Only seniority and favorites.
