Business outlook
Pros
Nice people generally. Good client base. Nice office and good location. Good salary- not sure on bonus as didn’t stay long enough to find out.
Cons
Limited ability to grow. Very top heavy - seems to be lots of directors and roles/responsibilities seem unclear. I was only here for a limited period, but from those I spoke to it looks like there is no route to ownership with no equity being handed out since incorporation other than the founders. There’s a very strange dynamic between the owners and the teams.
