Salaries are below market average, yet employees are expected to be available at all times. The company also struggles to maintain strong relationships with its clients. They are often rigid and inflexible, making collaboration difficult. Also, there are no transparent or consistent policies regarding visa sponsorship. They have no intention of sponsoring but mislead employees until the very last moment. Castalia should be upfront about not offering sponsorship during interviews. It’s hard to believe that the CEO is unaware of these issues. The leadership seems to view this kind of treatment as acceptable, despite how unethical it is.
