Pros

Decent salary, solid benefits, good location

Cons

The previous review is quite accurate. They hire multiple people for one position with every intention of firing all but one ("removing the weakest links," as she called it). The training was awful, it was only three days, none of it was hands on like every other place I've worked at, all while the owner was away my first week. I was then placed in the basement with one other person and given no direction. I was fired just three weeks later. With the owner gone my first week and having to set up firing me in the third, it wasn't so much of a career opportunity as it was a scam. Steer clear of here and especially don't leave another job to come here.

Pros

Solid salary, good benefits, beautiful office, opportunities to travel

Cons

Caster feels less like a PR firm and more like a high school yearbook club. The employees are overly-"clique-y," and everyone is always insanely stressed for no reason-- oh wait, maybe they're stressed because they work 12 hours a day or because they complain about every little detail that doesn't go their way. The biggest let-down was the lack of formal training or direction for new hires. Also just FYI, new employees cannot take a vacation day until they've been on the job for 6 months.

Pros

Got to travel in the first year working there

Cons

Boring clients, unprofessional dress & habits of staff, management definitely has favorites. President / CEO would show up in yoga pants , not having showered, after going to the gym. The basement office was not a fun place to work. Upper-level "loyal" employees were treated much better than new hires, so save yourself the time and look elsewhere for a job. You'll be product pitching for some irrelevant companies. What you learn really isn't that beneficial, except how to bs clients.
