      Flexible work schedule Can self-learn a lot

      Cons

      No appraisals at all. Poor management with manual labor for a so called AI startup. Works goes beyond the job description with sort of acknowledgment or monetary benefits. Have to juggle multiple things. Slow at hiring and the co-founder seems to be the manager/hr/everything Unless you are in software, you can learn anything new with a team because there is no team to work with.

      Working at Causal Funnel has been a good learning experience. The team is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities to work on real projects. You get hands-on exposure to different aspects of digital marketing like PPC, SEO, and analytics.

      The work environment is positive, and management is approachable. Overall, it’s a great place to build skills and grow professionally.
