      Client Management team comprised of a talented good group of people and at team level is well managed.

      Cons

      No necessarily a con but State Street's plans for the CRD business. So far so good.

      The firm continues to grown and the business is struggling to mature ahead of the growth. This creates some challenges but more importantly, offers lots of opportunities for employees to find ways to contribute in a meaningful way to our future.

      Corporate structure and governance is a challenge that reverberates across the organization. This creates situations where it is sometimes hard to get things done that it needs to be.
