      Nice people, but ethics are compromised for profit

      The people are nice and they seem to be trying to make good decisions about how best to adjust to the new reality of finding new markets and shrinking the company.

      Cons

      In the pursuit of trying to stay alive as a company they have disregarded many of the ethical boundaries and integrity that made it a good place to work. Money is they bottom line in all decisions.
