Cons
No matter what you do as a caseworker you can’t “fix” or “correct” the system. The work can be a bit much if you have a high case load. Luckily I had a supervisor who was helpful but not all supervisors work the same. To survive this job you have to learn when to turn your work phone off other wise you’ll be working well over your 40 hours for the week. Oh and they hate to pay OT
