      Pros

      I get the job offer directly after 15min of job interview

      Cons

      Super long working hours with 10hr working on weekday and working on alternative Saturday. No mandatory 13mth bonus and no extra bonus. 10 days of annual leave and the manager will compulsory required you to take annual leave on certain days without any compensation. No performance review and no salary review at all. All decisions are made base on the mood of your boss.
