Pros

At time's I could work from home but not all the time. And was expected to be on call and contactable 24/7.

Cons

Learn to treat your staff in a manner that motivates them and allows them to genuinely grow. This will ultimately lead to better client results. And pay the super owed to current and former employees. Events team she will be very rude about you privately but absolute kiss up to you in person. Extremely poor leadership and lack of respect from events team towards employees, offensive and publicly degrading behaviour, unreasonably high workloads, long hours even after business hours contacted multiple times on weekends. There needs to be closer attention paid towards the mental health and well-being of employees. A lot of politics and toxic work culture.

Events team is constantly condescending, rude, made coming to work everyday a bad experience. The leader is micromanager and does not communicate well too. She only replies to messages if she needs something from you. A very bad environment to work for. Told several times my expenses would be reimbursed, did not even reimburse me for any of my expenses. A negative culture and constantly contacted after work hours.
