Some HR employees were promoted way, way beyond their competencies and this devalued employees who did hold recognised qualifications, memberships or simply were extremely experienced in their area.
C-suite team are weak and clueless. They can’t seem to articulate what the future holds. Updates mainly focused on a few flaky figures and guesses.
Lots and lots of plastic job titles mostly filled by under- qualified people who know someone within the business. Long live nepotism. If a job title is how you measure success, then this could be the company for you!
In closing - if you have even a shred of personal or professional integrity then don’t accept a position at Cignpost. I wouldn’t recommend Cignpost to anyone.
