Pros
1) Good work life balance depending upon the project. 2) No layoffs even though many people are on bench. 3) No micro monitoring.
Cons
1) Very less project opportunities. large no. of resources are on bench. 2) Developer is assigned Automation Testing role. Automation tester is given more of manual testing work. 3) Since it's healthcare domain, there are many mandatory trainings to be done and tests to be given every now and then. 4) No separate section like sick leave, bereavement leave. 5) Typical service based company with less projects, more resources.

Very less projects, useless so called staffing team force employees to relocate or to join project irrespective of their technology stack. HR folks do not reply. Overall a bad company
