Infosys

If I worked in a company for 3 months in non-tech profile then do I need to disclose this to new companies as the profile was irrelevant? Actually I do not have exit documents as well so I worry about telling this to new employers. Pf account was created for this. I didn't face any issue in Infosys and CitiusTech but worry about other companies.
