I had the chance to work with a smart, driven team in a company that’s genuinely trying to build something meaningful. The pace is fast, which means you learn quickly and get exposure to different parts of the business. There’s a lot of ownership from early on, and if you’re proactive, your ideas can actually shape decisions. Leadership is ambitious and pushes for high standards, which can be motivating if you enjoy a challenge.

Upon joining Civic Marketplace - I was warmly welcomed by everyone and the team. It has been such a pleasing experience so far, and I feel the value of my work, trust, and the ownership that I have trusted with. Leadership highly cares about the culture, work environment, and the respect between the team. Everything is structured and organized, while no place is perfect (lets be realistic) - I am genuinely happy at Civic and I am grateful for the opportunity. I have high hopes in this company, and we can achieve so much.
