Pros

Clearlink Partners has a variety of case management and utilization review projects. Clearlink Partners does not micromanage staff. Clearlink Partners offers company paid insurance.

Cons

Clearlink Partners will lay you off without a notice even though there are active job postings listed on the company website for the same work you are doing. Clearlink Partners has fired staff when a client does not like like the staff members work. Note that most of the clients offer limited training and expect staff to be experts. Staff are experts in their field but may not have previously used the clients software programs so this makes it difficult to do your job until you learn the software. A better option would be to match staff to the position, provide additional training, or move the staff to a different project instead of firing staff based on a client preference.

Pros

GREAT pay for a nurse. Literally higher than the top pay at any nursing position I have ever worked. Remote work. Has matching 401 k benefit and offers health insurance plans.

Cons

INCONSIDERATE. You may work for them for an entire year doing multiple projects and completing excellent work......they will tell you that you are safe once the project ends and that you will start another one soon.........they will encourage you to not take offers from the projects/contracts that you are working for as a sign of loyalty to the company..........you blindly do as they ask.......then within 24 hours you are told you are being laid off for lack of work and within 24 hours you lose your health insurance, job security and pay of no fault of your own. Now hear me out.......if this job were sold to me as a contract position I would totally expect this. However I left a great job only becuase the recrutiter told me this is a fulltime gig, NO risk of layoff, and you will just sit on the bench getting paid in between contracts. Common courtesy to employees that helped you make a great name for your company by providing excellent work on contracts would be to at least give them a heads up. I would have never dipped out without a notice or left a contract, why not have the same decency as an employer. I would have never turned down multiple offers from the contract managers outside of the company had I known I would be thrown away as quick as I could even process the information. Then they provide you a separation letter on instructions of how to file for employment....Because lets be honest....even the best nurses cant turn around an land a job within a week..........you file your unemployment claim. Unemployment reaches out to them........they never respond, therefore delaying your measly unemployment payment that you still need to get by. Had I known what I know now I would have known that the promises offered upon Clearlink recruitment and interviews was way to good to be true and I would have stayed with my secure nursing job. Clearlink really disappointed me and taught me a lesson,

Pros

Remote, Pay, No micromanagement (at least the assignments I was on)

Cons

They will lay people off on a Friday. They laid one nurse off and unfortunately because they cut off their access immediately, she was not aware that they'd wished her a happy birthday for the July birthday shout out. They gave us leftovers from a conference as Holiday gifts - they were leftovers. That's the way they treat us. People are on edge worrying if they will have a job or not. If you are considering leaving a good job, which I did, for this company, do NOT. They are unstable, they lie, they lay off multiple nurses all at once and then say it's performance related. Untrue. It's because they have NO work to offer and they cannot compete with companies like Medix, TotalMed, Medasource and others - which are way better. Stay away if you value your mental health because worrying about a paycheck and benefits is not the way to live.
