    1. You'll get to work with latest tech stack. 2. Freedom to explore and implement (T&C applied)

    Cons

    1. Management is not transparent at all. 2. Planning for the deliverables is not upto the mark. 3. HRs have no control. Everything goes through CTO which shouldn't be the case ideally. 4. In some ways company's planning and direction of movement is also not clear.

    There are few process oriented things like in support or infra that they can change for it to be little more comfortable for devs to work in but no other cons as such

    you will get a lot of opportunities to get a new skill and work-life is good

    Cons

    You will not get an appreciation for your work also the company is very strict about the cost-cutting, they will fire you if their top-level company finds the market condition down.
