Now they have been acquired hence people are not been taken care of. everyone is in dark as no proper information is provided by the management layoffs are happening which is not good

You Get to work on the latest tools and technologies. You get to explore new tools and tech and suggest them to the team. A diverse pool of great tech folks. Flexible work hours. Senior management is always looking for challenging projects.
Cons
Sometimes the projects can burn you, but you get to learn a lot.

1. When I initially joined, it was a great org with great policies. 2. Remote first work culture. 3. Gives good exposure to cloud technologies and public clouds.
Cons
CloudCover got acquired by ST Telemedia and the new management that has stepped in is clueless about what to do. They are trying to push folks out to hire new ones at a lower cost.
