The nastiest company ever I have worked with. They have no professionalism at all. The CEO is such a disrespectful, demotivated and unprofessional indian guy you would ever meet. He has no sense of respect and care for the employees and treat highly skilled people like nobody. Even due to the real former employees true review which is Negative definitely, they forced on the current employees to create multiple fake glassdoor account and put 5 star review so that they can defeat the real negative reviews. It was considered as a task, no matter which department you belong. They terminated many of my colleagues who were very nice humble and technical in term of their domain specific works from different regions. I used to closely work with them. But the CEO just dismissed them out of any specific and legit reason. In fact they don't provide any compensation for their injudgement and they even don't keep any policy for employees safety so that they can do this whenever they want. This made me feel very down and insecure all time. They forced us to work around 10-12 hrs just discussing on invalid things called meeting. Please stay away from this company if you really don't want to make your career path complicated for this type of company.
