- Salary - Parties - Work Culture - Team - Good Product and direction - Good place to learn new technologies
Cons
- They dont have good processes especially for HR like exit policy, they dont respect notice period and fire people on their will - HR is involved in everything else but HR activities - CTO doesnt know anything - Management listens to only people who have say, get influenced quite easily -
