      -Extremely interesting technology -Deep access to the codebase and the resources -Possibility to WFH all the time

      Cons

      -The management lacks people skills -Management is highly aggressive attitude towards employees -The infrastructure is problematic and under powered -No mentorship or help -There are no procedures or any methodology

      Pros

      Cutting edge technologies, open source projects, lots of smart people to learn from, bootcamp like environment, lots of like minded self driven developers

      Cons

      No work life balance(depends on the team and project), aggressive upper management especially in meetings and code review. Financial side could be better, and management doesn’t seem to care at times about the employees dissatisfaction
