Company gives you an opportunity to work, technically can be groomed but only as a fresher.
Cons
Precisely someone joins the company it is expected to have a good environment where one can speak up and discuss, this is clearly missing. Instead while doing so may lead you to an uneasy place & you will think twice before speaking the other time. The work/team is divided based on what management decides. Usually in other places we can switch teams, but here if you talk about it your skills are going to be questioned - in fact not just in these scenarios but I guess most of the time you will be made to feel low. I remember we were being shouted on to leave the company. You might be deliberately grilled for no reason, a fresher is almost considered to work more than ever and if you try to have a work life balance, you're judged because you aren't working much even if you give 200% in the given hours. There is no particular vision as such, just do whatever given without questioning. After all the hassles, all the ways to stay motivated to work or to learn something new are gone. And after mental trouble which can almost shout in your ears to literally quit - you're asked to write a good review!
