Working at CodeLoop has given me a lot of knowledge, both professionally and personally. I've learned a lot since joining and I'm still learning. The entire team is very united, communication is very open, which makes work always light and pleasant.
Cons
It is a 100% remote work company. That's not a negative point for me, but for those who can't get organized right, it might be. I believe remote work is here to stay and more and more people will adapt to it. I love not being tied to business hours, I work the hours that are most convenient for me and I always manage to deliver everything on the agreed dates.
