Toxic and Clueless

Pros

Good company growth. Decent product. Small but decent engineering team.

Cons

Toxic work env. Culture is one of the worst that you will ever experience. No effort from leadership to change that culture. In complete denial instead. Completely clueless about roles and people's growth. They have never run teams of any size, and it shows in the worst possible ways. You will be shouted at in public channels, and that too for the most unreasonable things. People are burnt out in the first 3 months of joining. No career or personal growth prospects either. There are many other AI companies out there. Look elsewhere.

Pros

CodeRabbit is a great place to work as a Technical Support Engineer. The team is supportive, the leadership is approachable, and there’s a strong focus on solving real customer problems. I get good exposure to engineering workflows, modern tools, and cross-team collaboration. The culture encourages ownership, learning, and growth.

Cons

No major cons. Like any growing company, the pace is fast, but it helps you learn quickly.

Great product but poor management

Pros

Great product and the company is growing rapidly. The team is great, work is mostly fun if you ignore the long days. Pay is decent.

Cons

The management in the US office does not care for the Indian team. Even when I was at the headquarters to visit the vibes felt off. There are huge communication gaps more often than you would expect. The management is super rude at times, expect to be woken up to angry texts at 3 am basically stating you’re worth nothing lol. Also there are weirdly ONLY MEN in the office. Just 2 female employees in all of india team which feels a bit off ethically. (Not sure if not hiring women is intentional or not)
