      Codework has a very positive and friendly work environment. The team is supportive, approachable, and encourages collaboration. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, grow professionally, and take on meaningful challenges. Overall, it’s been a great place to develop and enhance my abilities.

      Extremely disappointed with how Codework functions. If you’re someone with experience and value job security, do not consider this company. There’s absolutely no clarity on roles, responsibilities, or processes. And never fall for promises of variable pay or joining bonuses — because those simply don’t get paid, no matter how many follow-ups you do.
