Working at Codezen for over 3.5 years has been an incredible journey. I joined as a Junior Frontend Developer and was given the opportunity to grow rapidly under the guidance of Shubham Bhartiya. Within a few months, I was leading a frontend team of five, while also contributing to backend development and later taking on DevOps responsibilities. The exposure I received across the full tech stack in such a short span is something very rare. Shubham is an inspiring leader who constantly motivates and supports his team. He creates an environment where learning is constant and growth is inevitable. You don’t just work here—you evolve into a confident, client-facing problem solver.
Cons
Working hours often exceed the standard 8 hours, and occasional weekend work is expected. Late-night meetings are common, sometimes scheduled post 10 PM.
