Cons
Negative Culture: Always a bad vibe and stress in the air. Poor Team Work: No support or collab between team members. Bad Leadership: CEO Shubham micromanage all the time, making it hard to work. Late Salaries: Paychecks are always late, causing money problems. No Overtime Pay: They don’t pay for extra hours, leaving workers feeling used. Communication Gaps: Important info gets lost, making things confusing. Low Pay: Salaries are way below what other companies pay, so you feel unvalued. No Growth: There’s no chance to learn or move up; they just do the same old stuff.
