Employee feel good in the beginning but the behaviour changes over time
Cons
1. Does not listen to their employees 2. Very bad appraisal policy 3. After some time of employment, when they think they don't need you as their employee, then their behaviour changes and Only their views matter. They will not listen to whatever their employee is trying to explain. 4. When one person resigns in the company, then they try to torture them in whatever ways possible, and even argue with the person on various topics like salary, performance, laptop related costs etc
