Collaboration with great people, but constant change hurts morale

Pros

Great People to work with - a lot of collaboration. Coworkers are helpful and is a big reason to stay.

Cons

No direct mission. Constant change. No process. Many of the team got fired, and people will have to pick up the slack. No emails from management about changes to the team - finding out same day or day after. Unrealistic expectations.
